Huawei has just announced when it will unveil its much-awaited Nova Flip foldable clamshell in China. The Chinese technology brand has shared multiple pictures as well as a teaser video that provide an insight into what the new flip phone would look like. The Huawei Nova Flip seems to have a small square-shaped external screen and dual rear cameras. Four color variants are found on its website. Alongside Nova Flip, Huawei is expected to introduce new tablets and laptops.
Huawei disclosed through Weibo that the Nova Flip would be launched at 19:00 (4:30pm IST) on August 5th in China. It’s confirmed to run on HarmonyOS software and becomes the first ever flip phone of the nova series.

Through this video teaser and some images posted on Weibo platform, we get to see how that smartphone looks like for the first time from Huawei. In addition, through this video teaser of green color variant of folding type flip with flat display and slim bezels. The foldable features a square external display which represents deviation from circular designs seen in pocket series smartphones. The Chinese music group TFBoys’ member Jackson Yee advertises it.
Huawei Nova Flip featured two vertically-aligned cameras located at the top-left corner of its cover screen while there was a punch-hole cutout on its main display for housing front-facing shooter and power button likely doubling as fingerprint scanner also-a sim slot at bottom-perhaps three finishes: black,pink,and white-seems with metal frame.
Apart from NovaFlip,Huawei may introduce MateBook GT14,MatePad Pro12.2 more on August 5.The handset is believed to be sold less expensively than those from Pocket series by Huawei company.
