Position Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Sales Executive cum Relationship Manager to join our team. The role is critical for driving growth in sales, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied. Ideal candidate would possess good sales knack, excellent communication skills and pro-active approach toward managing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Through cold-calling, networking or market research identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.

Client Acquisition: Create leads, meet potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.

Relationship Management: Ensuring their needs are met as well as the provision of exceptional service by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Customer Support: Promptly address client queries and issues while making sure that a healthy customer satisfaction level is maintained by providing effective solutions.

Market Research: To keep oneself updated on competitor’s activities market trends within the industry so as to exploit for new business opportunities

Sales Reporting: Management should expect you to prepare monthly/weekly reports on your performance in order to know how far you have gone in line with your target.

Collaboration: In order to have smooth execution of sale strategies as well as customer support one need to work closely with other departments in the organization.

Requirements:

Sales experience that is proven as a Sales Executive or sales experience in a different capacity.

Thorough knowledge of commercial principles and consumer relationship management methods.

Superb communication, bargaining, and interpersonal abilities

Clients and colleagues are people who make up professional relationships.

A self-starter, proactive in nature, very target oriented with great drive to attain goals.

Made use of CRM software and Microsoft office suite efficiently.

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration/Marketing/or other field related to it

Salary

Work From Home :- 14,000/-Per Month + Incentives

Work From Office (Bangalore) :- 19,000-25,000 CTC + Incentives + Meal

10th/12th/Graduates

Freshers and experienced both eligible

Laptop required (For Work From Home Only)

Wifi required (For Work From Home Only)

Good English speaking skills

Basic computer knowledge
